The delegation comprised of representatives from the Department of Islamic Development of Malaysia (JAKIM), Ministry of Health, Public Works Department as well as AIDS Council of Malaysia visited a shelter home in Rayong and had a discussion with the Syeikhul Islam Office in Nongchok in order to learn form the experiences of both entities in managing the issue.
