Report the loss at the nearest police station and then report the loss at the Embassy. Address, telephone number and email are available in the main page of this website. Documents required to be submitted are as follows:
i. A copy of the police reportii. Other documents that can be used as proof of citizenship An Emergency Certificate will be issued by the Embassy in which the certificate could facilitate the person to travel back to Malaysia only (one way trip).
