3. Interested contractors are required to attend a briefing and join a site visit which will be held at the above-mentioned address on June 22, 2023 at 1400 hours (EDT). Contractors who do not attend the briefing and participate in the site visit will not be eligible to participate in the project.
4. Upon completing the site visit, contractors are required to submit a comprehensive price quotation to prepare and supply an assessment proposal for the above-mentioned property.
5. The price quotation and relevant documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the quotation number clearly marked on the top right corner of the envelope and placed in the Tender Box/Reception at the Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations, 313 East 43rd St, New York, NY 10017 on or before 1000 hours (EDT) on 27 June, 2023.
