On 16 September 2019, the Embassy of Malaysia in Hanoi, Vietnam organised a flag hoisting ceremony to commemorate the 56th Anniversary of Malaysia Day at the Embassy.
The event was attended by all Home-Based Staffs including spouses.The event started with the raising of Jalur Gemilang and Negaraku followed by the recital of Rukun Negara.H.E. Dato’ Shariffah Norhana Syed Mustaffa, Ambassador of Malaysia to Vietnam also delivered a short remark calling all to portray positive image of Malaysia when abroad. The program ended with a light refreshment prepared by the Home-Based Staffs.
