On 29 March 2018, H.E. Ambassador Mohd Zamruni Khalid was invited by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) to deliver a presentation entitled “Regional Structure and Bilateral Relations” which focused on bilateral ties between Malaysia-Vietnam and Regional Architecture. H.E. Ambassador was the first ASEAN Ambassador that was invited by the DAV to this Forum. There were about 60 participants consisted of researchers, lecturers and students of the DAV who attended the Forum.
