REGISTRATION OF MALAYSIAN IN VIETNAM
Embassy of Malaysia in Hanoi is currently undertaking efforts to update its database of Malaysians living in Vietnam. All Malaysians and their family members are urged to register themselves at the Embassy. For those who have already registered, you are required to provide the updated address and other important information. The registration form is available at the Embassy and can also be downloaded at http://www.kln.gov.my/web/vnm_hanoi/download (File Name: Registration Form.doc under Forms folder).
Malaysians living in Da Nang and North of Da Nang are required to register at the Embassy of Malaysia in Hanoi at 43-45 Dien Bien Phu street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi or mail their completed registration from via email to: consularhanoi@kln.gov.my.
For those Malaysians who are residing in the South of Da Nang are required to register at the Consulate General of Malaysia at Room 1208, Me Linh Point Tower, No. 2, Ngo Duc Ke street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City or mail their completed registration form via email to : malhcminh@kln.gov.my.
