The Consul General attended a ceremony to welcome participants on board the Ship for Southeast Asian & Japanese Youth Programme (SSEAYP) - an annual programme sponsored by Japan and supported by the 10 members of ASEAN. Ho Chi Minh City is one of the ship’s port of call. The Consulate-General would like to welcome Malaysian participants and hope they will have a memorable time in Ho Chi Minh City!
