JOHANNESBURG, Thursday, 21 Aug 2014 – The High Commissioner of Malaysia, being the Chairman of the ASEAN Pretoria Committee (APC), led the ASEAN Heads of Mission in Pretoria to receive Ambassador Joseph Gerard B. Angeles, the Ambassador Designate of the Republic of Philippines at Oliver Tambo International Airport this morning. Ms Deborah Balatseng, Director of Asia and Middle East, Department of International Relation and Cooperation was also at the airport to receive the new Head of Mission.
