PRETORIA, Saturday, 17 January 2015 – The MHC Sports and Social Club organized a farewell dinner for three (3) officials of the High Commission namely Mr. Mohd Yani Daud, Mr. Mahzaidy and Nik Mohd Hakim Abd Razak. Unfortunately Mr. Nik Mohd Hakim and family were absent at the dinner. They are currently in Malaysia following the demise of Nik’s mother last week. The club took the opportunity to also organize an official welcoming for Mrs. Zuraida Alias.
The High Commission’s Ladies and Spouse Association (PERWAKILAN Malaysia) was generous to sponsor the dinner by providing homemade cooking and several Malaysian traditional cakes and sweets. Program of the dinner include farewell and welcoming remarks by departing officers and incoming officer. In between official programs, officers and guests were entertained by the departing officers and winners of the Club’s Karaoke Competition recently. The dinner concluded with reply remarks from High Commissioner.
