The Malaysian women’s ice hockey team proudly concluded their journey at the IIHF Women’s Asia Cup 2025 in Al Ain, UAE, securing 4th place overall in a competitive field of six nations. Facing India, Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines, Iran, and host UAE, our players displayed true Harimau grit, resilience, and determination on the ice.
The tournament delivered a powerful display of passion, teamwork, and unity from the first puck drop to the final whistle. Representatives from the Malaysian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and fellow Malaysians in Al Ain showed up in full support throughout the tournament, proof that Team Malaysia never plays alone.
