On 19 September 2023, HE Ambassador and a delegation from the National Defence University Malaysia (NDUM), led by the Vice Chancellor, Lt. Gen. Datuk Mardzuki bin Muhammad, met with H.E. Major General Staff Pilot Salim bin Harmal Al Shamsi, Commandant of National Defence College of UAE. Both sides explored collaboration possibilities and agreed to enhance their cooperation in the field of education and women empowerment in the peace and security field.
