YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri (Dr.) Mohamad Norza Zakaria, President of BAM, Honorary President of Badminton Asia and President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia and Her Excellency Madam Noura Hassan Al Jasmi, President of the UAE Badminton Federation signed an MOU at the Dubai Sports World on 11 June 2023.
The MOU is set to provide a platform for a strategic relationship between the two badminton national federations to cooperate and exchange knowledge on a range of matters related to the sport. The MoU will be immensely beneficial for both parties and will lead to enhanced relations for the sport in Malaysia and UAE.
The signing ceremony was also attended by HE Datuk Seri Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin, Ambassador of Malaysia to the UAE and Mr. Mohd Fadly Amri Aliaman, Consul General of Malaysia in Dubai.
