The Embassy of Malaysia in Baku, Republic Azerbaijan in collaboration with PERWAKILAN BAKU had organized an annual program ‘Bubur Lambuk Kampung Baku 2022’ on 13 April 2022 in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan. This Malaysia’s all-time favourite delight was cooked in coconut milk with various types of spices such as aniseed, fenugreek, cardamom, cloves and black pepper.
The event held at the Chancery foyer saw officers and staff of the Embassy, PERWAKILAN BAKU committee members along with other Malaysians residing in Baku worked together from 8.30 am to produce 30 containers of bubur lambuk.
The distribution of bubur lambuk to all available Malaysians in Baku with a total of 11 families was carried out by the Embassy from 12.00 - until 3.00 pm.
This program was held with the aim of reaching out to the Malaysian community to strengthen ukhwah and foster a spirit of cooperation among those celebrating the month of Ramadhan abroad as well as giving comprehensive understanding to appreciate the month of Ramadhan which is full of blessings.
