On 5 April 2024, Iftar Ramadan event with Malaysian Diaspora hosted by the Embassy of Malaysia in Baku was held at the Residence under the Public Diplomacy Programme.
Around 25 guests comprising Embassy officers and staff, as well as Malaysians in Baku with their family members attended the event. The event began with an iftar meal and followed by Maghrib and Isya’ prayer led by H.E Ambassador Ahmad Kamrizamil Mohd Riza. Traditional Malaysian cuisine such as nasi minyak, daging kurma, ayam masak merah, acar timun and Malay desserts were served during this event.
