On 18 April 2022, H.E. Dato’ Yubazlan Yusof, Ambassador of Malaysia to Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan has joined Malaysian delegation from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) led by YBhg. Datuk TPr Sulaiman Mohamed, Executive Director (Planning), Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in a meeting with Mr Eldar Azizov, Head of Baku City Executive Power cum Mayor of Baku City.
The Meeting was also attended by Mr. Matin Huseynov, Head of International Relations Department, Mr. Fagan Bakhshaliyev, Senior Electrical Engineer, Counsellor of the Embassy and Mr Muhammad Izzat Haziq Hairuddin, Special Officer to the Executive Director of DBKL.
The delegation was on a working trip to Baku from 15-18 April 2022 to learn the implementation of Azerbaijan’s lighting master plan and its impact on new and old urbanization in Baku.
