The public diplomacy and outreach program with local community was held on 16 September 2022 at Jumaa Shuvi Mosque, Astara.
The program was preceded by Friday prayer led by TYT Dato' Yubazlan Yusof, Malaysian Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan and followed by a distribution of 100 copies of Al-Quran to all who were present.
