On 26 February 2022, H.E. Dato' Yubazlan Yusof, Ambassador of Malaysia to Azerbaijan paid a working visit to the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry of Azerbaijan (RICH) as an honoured guest to witness the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the RICH and Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) at the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry in Baku, Azerbaijan.
After the completion of the ceremony, a meeting was held between H.E. Ambassador, Director of MARDI, RICH and senior officials of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan to discuss among others the ways of successful fulfilment of the terms of MoU.
Touring the center, H.E. Ambassador was briefed on the history and the current activities of Research Centre, its laboratory equipment, technology and methods used in the field of agriculture by the Academicians and the Scientists.
