This morning, the spirit of Malaysia filled the air as the Embassy of Malaysia in Brussels proudly hosted a flag raising ceremony at Chancery to mark Malaysia’s 68th National Day with 250 Malaysian from Belgium and Luxembourg.
As the Jalur Gemilang was raised and Negaraku echoed through the square, it was a proud and meaningful moment that honoured Malaysia’s identity here in Brussels.
The ceremony start with opening remarks by His Excellency, Dato' Mohd Khalid Abbasi Abd Razak.
Guests were then treated with variety of Malaysian food including nasi minyak, ayam merah, sambal telur, jelatah, fried noodles, dal sayur, curry puff and teh tarik.
