On 02 December 2025, the Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail participated in the China (Guangxi) – ASEAN International Building Products and Machinery Expo, at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Hosted by the China Construction Metal Structure Association and the Guangxi Construction Industry Association, the event offered a platform for leading enterprises, industry experts, and government officials to exchange insights on sustainable development, and explore new business opportunities within the construction sector.
The event featured over 500 cutting-edge building products and construction machinery across fields including steel structures, green building materials, and smart construction equipment, attracting nearly 200 exhibiting companies.
The event was also attended by over 30 participants from Malaysia, including Mr. Wee Hiang Chyn, President of Master Builders Association Malaysia, Mr. Sian Teong Chein, President of Malaysia-China Chamber Of Commerce, and representatives from related industry, namely Selangor and Federal Territory Machinery Merchants Association, Malaysian Hardware Wholesalers Association, Malaysia Mobile Crane Owner’s Association, One International Group, Au Electrical Sdn Bhd, Eastmont Sdn Bhd, Kamunting Premix Plant Sdn Bhd, Liftech Engineering (K.L) Sdn Bhd, Pilot Construction Sdn Bhd, Hon Heng Trading (YP) Sdn. Bhd., Cranewise Services Sdn Bhd, TPS Crane Services Sdn Bhd, Weng Hang Crane Services Sdn Bhd, Tong Seng Crane Sdn Bhd, Handy Crane Services Sdn Bhd.
