Consul General Mr. Azlimi Zakaria attended the Malaysia-China (Guangxi) Investment Forum and the 10th Anniversary of the Establishment of China-Malaysia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” on 26 April 2022 in Nanning. The event was held in hybrid model with physical venue in both Nanning and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
During the forum, the Consul General also witnessed signing ceremonies involved with 11 investment agreements or strategic cooperation agreements between companies from China and Malaysia.
It will attract more foreign investors to the twin parks and provide a great platform for the twin parks to share experience and knowledge, and find ways to unblock the blocks for the twin parks from progressing, said the Consul General during an interview with the media.
Also present the event online from Malaysian side were the Hon. Datuk Lim Ban Hong, Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI), the Hon. Raja Dato’Nushirwan Zainal Abidin, Ambassador of Malaysia in Beijing, H. E. Dato’ Sri Dr. Sallehuddin Bin Ishak, Pahang State Secretary, Dato’ Baidzawi bin Che Mat, Chief Executive Officer of East Coast Special Economic Zone Development Council, Mr. See Chee Kong, Minister of Economic Affairs of Malaysia’s Embassy in Beijing.
