2012 MINI OLYMPICS IN THE REPUBLIC OF FIJI
The Mini Olympics is the game competition between all Embassies, High Commissions and International Organizations in Republic of Fiji. The event has been regularly scheduled every year and organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Fiji for the year 2012. For this year, the Mini Olympics was held at Suva Grammar School, Nasese on Saturday, 17th November 2012. The games involved on that day were Ambassador Challenge, Tug of War, Mix Soccer, Touch Rugby, Netball, Volleyball, Sack Race, Coconut Husking-Scraping-Squeezing, Basket Weaving and Three-Legged Race. The event started at 8 a.m. and ended at 5.30 p.m. and continued by cocktail at night. The High Commission of Malaysia participated in this event and ranked number 7th from all organizations.
