Consul General accompanied by Vice Consul, participated in a briefing session on the outcome of the 19th National Congress of CPC organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province at the Sofitel Xi’an on Renmin Square on 29 January 2018.
Professor Zhang Guixiao from the Shaanxi School of Administration was the guest presenter for the session, which was attended by the diplomatic corps and representatives from the international organisations based in Xi’an.
Professor Zhang presented an overview of the spirit and vision outlined by the 19thNational Congress as well as a detailed elaboration of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s concept of “Building a Community with Shared Future for Mankind”.
