The Consulate General of Malaysia in Xi'an held an event for the Chap Goh Mei Celebration on 24 February 2024. This event was attended by 70 people, consisting of HBS and LRS, together with their families, Malaysian citizens, and students in Xi'an. The event started with the Yee Sang toss, which became the highlight of every big meal event as an appetizer, a symbol of unification, and a symbol of the generosity of sustenance. In his speech, Consul General Lum Wan Liang wished that this year of the Dragon would bring good health, success, happiness and wealth to all present.
