On 7 July 2024, Consul General Lum Wan Liang attended the China (Gansu) – Malaysia Agricultural Technology, Products, and International Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Conference held at the Science and Technology Innovation Park in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. The event was organized by the Agriculture Department of the Embassy of Malaysia in Beijing and MATRADE Chengdu. The event commenced with a speech from the Consul General of Malaysia in Xi'an, followed by Ms. Ting Ping Ping from the Agriculture Counsellor, and a representative from Encik Mohamad Adris bin Abu Bakar, Trade Commissioner of MATRADE Chengdu.
