On 19 April 2024, Consul General Lum Wan Liang had a courtesy meeting with Mr Zhang Zhaopeng, an investor of Mixuebingcheng in Kuala Lumpur. Mr Zhang was accompanied by Mr Tang Wenhui, the Executive President of the Xi’an-Baoji Chamber of Commerce, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the CCPIT Xi’an Sub-Council. The purpose of the meeting was to learn about the Malaysian government's policies for investing and expanding business in Malaysia.
