The Consul General had a meeting with Mr. Zhao Yide, Governor of Shaanxi Provincial Government on 29 June. Mr. Zhao Yide welcomed Mr. Lum to take office in Xi'an. He said that China and Malaysia are traditional friendly neighbours. Consul General expressed thanks to the Governor and the Shaanxi Government for the support given to the Consulate General and looks forward to develop closer relationship and to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Malaysia and Shaanxi in the future.
