Ms. Farah Rakesh, Consul General of Malaysia in Xi’an made a courtesy call on Prof. Luo Yun, President of Xi’an Fanyi University (XFU), on 18 May 2026.
XFU is a private university founded in 1987 at the northern foot of Zhongnan Mountain offers many courses including science & technology, humanities and arts, economics and language training. The meeting explored cooperation on education and people-to-people exchange between Malaysia and China.
Mr. Guo Wei, Vice President, accompanied CG Farah on a tour around the campus upon the conclusion of the courtesy call.
