Consul General received a courtesy call by Mr. SOM Visal, Consul General of the Royal Consulate General of Cambodia to Xi’an on 7 November 2019 at the Chancery. Mr. SOM Visal assumed his duty in Xi’an on 23 September 2019. The two Consuls-General had mutual exchanges of views on the roles of the Consulates-General and socio-economic development in Shaanxi Province.
