Consul General Mr Lum Wan Liang attended the Investment Environment Promotion Conference on 17 November 2023. This event was held at the Multi-Functional Hall, Conference Building, Xian International Convention & Exhibition Center. After the event, CG Lum Wan Liang proceeded to another event, the 10th Anniversary of the Belt & Road Initiative and the 65th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Cambodia, at the Xi'an Poly Theatre.
