TYT Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak and YABhg. Toh Puan Dato' Seri Utama Khadijah binti Mohd Nor, along with YB. Dato' Law Choo Kiang, the Speaker of the State Assembly, and the delegates from Penang visited Xi'an from 8 - 10 November 2023. At the sideline of the visit, TYT Tun visited the Xi'an Daxuexi Lane Mosque and the Xi’an Great Mosque, the largest mosque in Xi'an, Daxuexi Lane Mosque and the Terraccota Warriors.
On 9 November 2023, TYT Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak, accompanied by YB. Dato' Law Choo Kiang, State Assembly Speaker and Mr Lum Wan Liang, Consul General of Malaysia in Xi'an, attended the Penang Investment Promotion Roundtable organised by Malaysian Chamber of Commerce-Xi'an (MAYCHAM-Xian) at Hilton Hotel, Xi’an.
