Consul General, Mr Lum Wan Liang attended the Opening Ceremony of the Global Key & Core Technology Conference on 3 November 2023. The theme of this conference is “"Key & Core Technology • New Productivity Boosters" and the forum highlights the construction of the Xi'an Comprehensive National Science Center and the Science and Technology Innovation Center, showcasing typical cases, projects, and achievements in key and core technological innovation and development.
