Consul General accompanied by Vice Consul, attended the Shaanxi Provincial Spring Festival Gala which was jointly organised by the offices of the CPC Provincial Committee, Provincial People’s Congress, People’s Government and CPPCC Provincial Committee of Shaanxi Province on 1 February 2019 at Shaanxi Guesthouse and the Xi’an Spring Festival which was organised by the Xi’an Municipal Government on 2 February 2018 at Xi’an Gaoxin International Conference Center.
