Consul General and spouse, attended the 20th National Hearing Day celebration at the provincial level organized by the Shaanxi Healthcare Commission on 1 March 2019 at the Shaanxi Provincial Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Centre in Xi’an.
The public education event highlighted the work of the Provincial Healthcare Commission and relevant agency in providing assistance and aid to the deaf and hearing impaired citizens of Shaanxi.
