Consul General of Malaysia in Xi’an, Ms. Farah Rakesh attended the Second Consultation Meeting on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Development Bank (SCOB), held from 29 to 30 April 2026 at the Sofitel Xi'an Hotel as an observer. It was co-chaired by Mr. Liao Min, Vice Minister of Finance of China, and Mr. Akzholov Nurbek Akzholovich, Deputy Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan.
