On May 29, 2025, Mr. Lum Wan Liang, the Consul General of Malaysia in Xi’an, visited Xinzhi Primary School in the Xincheng District of Xi’an for an educational program with SJK(Cina) Kung Man, Serdang, Malaysia and Persatuan Pengajian dan Perbelajaran STEM Malaysia. This program focused on learning about Xinzhi Primary School's practical experiences in educational and teaching innovation, particularly investigating the pathways for implementing STEM education and other digital applications. The visit concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Friendship between the two schools.
