On 16 November 2023, Consul General Mr Lum Wan Liang attended the Xi'an Investment Opportunities & Industrial Development Promotion Conference at the Grand Ballroom International Hotel Xi'an. Hosted by the Xi'an Municipal People's Government and the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI), the conference was organized by the Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Investment Cooperation and the Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning.
