On 30 March 2026, Berlin - H.E. Ambassador Mohamad Razdan Jamil attended the Berlin ASEAN Committee (BAC) Heads of Mission Meeting under the Indonesia's chairmanship. The meeting was held at the Residence of the Ambassador of Indonesia in Berlin.
The meeting provided an opportunity for ASEAN Heads of Mission to exchange views on ongoing and upcoming BAC activities, as well as to discuss matters relating to ASEAN coordination and engagement in Germany. Discussions also included a briefing on the Lao PDR’s Chairmanship of BAC, alongside proposed joint initiatives with German counterparts and key stakeholders.
The session reaffirmed the importance of close coordination among ASEAN Embassies in Berlin in promoting ASEAN unity and enhancing the region’s visibility and engagement in Germany.
