A Dialogue with Business Leaders was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Berlin on 27 September 2016. The Dialogue gathered heads of companies from 25 German Companies, 4 Malaysian companies and also representatives from German business associations. The Dialogue was opened with a welcoming remark by Prof. Dato' Seri Dr. Ludwig Georg Braun, Honorary President of the Association of German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), followed by a remarks by The Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak. After the remarks, an open Dialogue session between Prime Minister Najib and business leaders took place, moderated by The Honourable Dato' Sri Mustapa Mohamed, Minister of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia.
Prime Minister Najib also took the opportunity to engage heads of companies during separate one-to-one business meetings. The meetings provided the opportunity for participating companies to update Prime Minister Najib on their business plans in Malaysia and also to voice out concerns related to issues affecting their operations in the country
