A dialogue session between H.E. Tan Sri Dr. Ali Hamsa, Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia and Malaysian government officials in Germany was held at the Embassy on 19 September 2016. The dialogue session was held in conjunction with H.E. Tan Sri Dr. Ali’s working visit to Innotrans 2016 (the world’s largest rail transport trade fair, held biennially in Berlin), in his capacity as the Chairman of MRT Corp.
During the session, H.E. Ambassador gave Tan Sri Dr. Ali an overview on the roles and work undertaken by Malaysian agencies in Germany. Tan Sri Dr. Ali also updated the officials on measures that have been undertaken by the Government of Malaysia in improving the delivery of Government services. In his briefing, he emphasized on the implementation of the National Blue Ocean Strategy, as well as the need for Government Agencies to adopt creative and innovative ideas in improving the Government system.
