The Embassy hosted Diplomatischer Tag des Deutschen Mittelstands (Diplomatic Day of German Small and Medium-Sized Businesses) for the members of the Federal Economic Senate of the BVMW SME Association at the Embassy on 9 September 2024.
H.E. Datin Paduka Dr. Adina Kamarudin, gave welcoming remarks, followed by Senator a.D. Christoph Ahlhaus, Chairman of the Federal Executive Board, BVMW. A briefing on trade and investment was also given by MIDA and MATRADE officials from Frankfurt and Munich. During the networking lunch, BVMW Senate members and Malaysian diplomats exchanged ideas to enhance business cooperation between Malaysia and Germany.
