On 1 November 2017, Dato’ Razman Mohd Noor, Chief Operating Officer (Operations and Group Corporate Management) of SME Bank led a Malaysian delegation to The Montreal Group (TMG) Roundtable Meeting on supporting the internalization of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) into Germany. The roundtable was held at the sidelines of the Global SME Finance Forum 2017, in Berlin.
TMG is aimed at encouraging exchange of ideas, best practices and innovative solutions on key topic issues and foster greater understanding of the international market for the growth of SMEs. Malaysia became the first TMG member from among ASEAN countries after joining the group in June this year. It is part of SME Bank's journey in achieving its vision towards becoming a full-fledged specialised financial institution; an international benchmark for nurturing SME excellence.
