The Federation Francaise de Hockey (FFH) will be organizing the INSEP Hockey Tournament from 24-29 August 2010 at the Institut National du Sport, de l’Expertise et de la Performance (INSEP), 11 Av. Du Tremblay, 75012 Paris. Malaysia together with host France, Ireland, Poland and Scotland will be competing in the tournament.
Coached by Mr. Stephen van Huizen, the Malaysian hockey team is in the midst of preparing for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, and the INSEP Tournament will be used as the venue to select the last 16 players for the national squad. So far, the squad has competed in six friendly matches in Australia which they won three and lost three games.
Malaysians in France, let us lend our support and cheer for our national hockey team at the INSEP Hockey Tournament. Admission to the competition is free of charge. Should you wish to be part of the tournament – below is the tournament schedule involving all teams at this five-day tournament.
