On 19 March 2025, H.E Sarah attended the Interface Session during the 22nd HLTF-ACV Meeting held in Penang, Malaysia. The Meeting discussed the draft Kuala Lumpur Declaration to adopt the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the Strategic Plans of the three Community Pillars and ASEAN Connectivity to ensure that they are on track for adoption at the 46th ASEAN Summit, in Malaysia.
