On 12 March 2026, the 78th Meeting of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Task Force was held at the ASEAN Secretariat, chaired by H.E. Ambassador Noy Choumneanh, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to ASEAN.
The Meeting reviewed the progress of the implementation of the IAI Work Plans, including ongoing projects under IAI Work Plan III, implementation and output monitoring under IAI Work Plan IV, as well as updates on the development of the IAI Work Plan V (2026–2030).
Malaysia remains committed to supporting ASEAN’s collective efforts to promote inclusive and balanced development across the region.
