As the ASEAN Chair this year, it is important to ensure all stakeholders receive accurate information on Malaysia’s priorities. On 6 March 2025, H.E Sarah briefed diplomats across Australia’s network of diplomatic posts in Southeast Asia on Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship key deliverables, EAS, ARF revitalisation as well as ASEAN-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in an interactive online session. A total of roughly 25 junior and mid-level Australia’s diplomats attended the session.
