Lao PDR as the current Chair of ASEAN welcomes the ASEAN Leaders for the 28th and 29th ASEAN Summit, which will be held on 6-7 September 2016 in Vientiane. The Summits, which will be held back-to-back, is the first ASEAN Summit following the Establishment of the ASEAN Community on 31 December 2015 under Malaysia's Chairmanship.
