A senior official delegation led by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport Malaysia was in Tehran recently. The aim of the visit was to review the Air Services agreement between Malaysia and Iran which was signed in 2005. Essentially both sides saw the need to increase the flight frequencies given the high demand of traffics between both countries. On the same date, the Embassy also received a delegation comprising of Senior Professors and Administrators from the respective public universities in Malaysia. The delegation was in town to attend the conference on the OIC Citation Centers. In the evening prior to their departure, Amb. Sadik hosted delegations to dinner at his residence.
