On 7 March 2024, Amb. Zahid had meetings with Ms. Roseta Hadjari, Kosovar Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade; Ms Artane Rizvanolli, Minister of Economy; Mr. Elbert Krasniqi, Minister of Local Government Administration; and Mr. Luzon Rafuna, President of the Kosovar Chamber of Commerce.
With the focus of the meetings being on economic matters, these engagements enabled both sides to discuss efforts to promote bilateral trade and investment. Amb. Zahid was also able to share on Malaysia’s efforts with regard to expanding the use of green technology and renewable energy, and to promote the halal industry and the upcoming MIHAS 2024.
