H.E Dato' Abdul Samad Othman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia, presented his Letters of Credence to the President of Italy, H.E Sergio Mattarella on Wednesday, 15 July 2015. His Excellency was accompanied by Mr. Ahmad Fahmi Ahmad Sarkawi, Counsellor of the Embassy, Captain Roslan Idris, Defense Attachè and Mr. Rohaizad Abdul Lateh, Second Secretary of the Embassy.
After presentation of the Letters of Credence, His Excellency Ambassador had an audience with President Mattarella of which they discussed a number of bilateral issues. He also conveyed the warm greetings from His Majesty Yang diPertuan Agong to the President. At the end of conversation, President Mattarella accompanied him for a photo session and wished him success during his tenure in Italy
