On 6 Dec 2023, Amb. Zahid and Mr Jason Low joined other ASEAN Committee in Rome (ACR) representatives in a presentation by the Board of Directors of the Italy-ASEAN Association to stakeholders. Present, amongst others, were representatives from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Italian Space Agency, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Generali Insurance and the European House of Ambrosetti.
As Malaysia will be assuming the responsibility of Chair of the ACR for the period January-June 2024, this event provided an avenue to engage further with strategic stakeholders, and to work together to elevate ASEAN-Italy collaboration and cooperation.
